Mortgage Strategy is again partnering with Mortgage Finance Gazette and The Openwork Partnership to bring you MFG Rated for Service Awards 2023-24. This is the only annual service awards for the UK mortgage lending industry.
Last year over 800 brokers took the time and trouble to share their experiences with us for which we are truly grateful.
This year, as much as any other, has provided new challenges for brokers and their clients. The MFG Rated for Service Awards provide an important barometer of broker experience helping lenders to improve service levels and ultimately enable better client outcomes.
The MFG Rated for Service Awards are based on a comprehensive annual survey that tracks brokers’ assessments of lenders’ levels of service. Lenders are appraised across five key assessment areas within three separate peer groups categorised as mainstream, specialist and buy-to-let.
Your voice counts and your experiences matter, so please make sure you have your say. The survey closes on 1 December 2023 and results will be published in Mortgage Finance Gazette and Mortgage Strategy in January 2024.
