Capricorn Financial Consultancy has opened its first office in Dubai to support its global expansion.
The financial services firm — that specialises in mortgages, protection and lending to high net-worth individuals – says the office will be led by its Middle East & North Africa Region director Mark Miller.
The new office will sit alongside bases in London, Singapore, and Hong Kong, as well as a dedicated China desk.
The business is made up of 70 advisers who collectively speak over twenty languages, including Mandarin, Cantonese, Hindi, Arabic and Spanish.
Formed in 2005, the firm plans to add 25 advisers by June, and a further 15 across its four offices by the end of the year, with the majority based in London.
Capricorn’s Miller says: “I am eager to continue to expand this offering beyond Capricorn’s roots in the UK.
“There is a strong market for property and financial advice in Dubai, and I am confident that we will be able to cater to the demands of the region’s booming real estate sector.”
