Norton Broker Services has partnered with mortgage research and product sourcing platform Legal & General Ignite.
Advisers using the platform can now search for results from Norton Broker Services, giving options for clients who have lending requirements not typically served by high street lenders. Advisers will also be able to access to real-time updates to criteria and pricing on these products.
Norton Broker Services is a leading distributor of specialist secured lending, which includes secured loans with no maximum LTVs, unsecured loans, commercial mortgages and bridging.
Legal & General Ignite brings together borrower criteria, an integrated affordability calculator, product sourcing and property checking tools. It is available free of charge to Legal & General Mortgage Club members and provides support for brokers in their everyday business.
Advisers can also access regulatory support through the platform, with the ability to produce and save compliance documents, including the European Standardised Information Sheet (ESIS) and Evidence of Research.
