Quantum Mortgages has promoted Rachel Thomas to head of bridging finance.
Since joining Quantum Mortgages as an underwriter in September 2024, Thomas has played a pivotal role in developing and launching the bridging proposition.
Her previous experience includes senior underwriting positions at Lendco, Octopus Real Estate, and Harrods Bank.
The lender launched its bridging offering in April with a select range of products made available to selected intermediaries and introducers.
After a successful pilot phase and the completion of its online portal, the lender has broadened its product suite to include semi-commercial properties, ex-local authority housing, and properties in Northern Ireland.
Quantum’s Residential Investment product has also been extended to support expats and foreign nationals.
