Software company SmartSearch has appointed Ian Wright as its new strategic alliances manager.
In this role Wright will look to expand the company’s partnerships with platforms, software systems and consultatancies across a variety of sectors in both domestic and International markets.
SmartSearch is a provider of anti-money laundering software, using electronic verification for both individual and company checks. It is widely used by financial services, property, law and accountancy firms in the UK, enabling regulated firms to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and fulfil customer due diligence and ‘Know Your Customer’ requirements.
Wright has more than two decades of experience working in the compliance and wider business information sector, holding senior roles with anti-money laundering providers and data and analytics firms. This includes 14 years working for platform provider Creditsafe.
