TMA Club has partnered with Tandem Bank as it continues to expand its panel for lenders.
As part of the partnership, directly authorised (DA) brokers who are members of TMA will have access to Tandem’s residential and second charge mortgages.
TMA says member brokers will also benefit from a fast application offer and completion time.
The club’s brokers will also benefit from a maximum loan to value of 90%, no application fees and energy performance certificate discounts.

Yesterday (11 January), Tandem Bank also joined the lender panels of Primis Mortgage Network and SimplyBiz Mortgages.
