I couldn't be happier with my recent experience refinancing my home! From the moment I contacted the Phil Clay, the process was smooth and efficient. Phil was knowledgeable, patient, and always available to answer my questions. I was able to secure a much lower interest rate, which will save me thousands over the life of my loan.

The refinancing process itself was surprisingly simple. All the paperwork was handled quickly and digitally, which made everything so much more convenient. I appreciated that there were no hidden fees, and the terms were exactly what was explained upfront.

Overall, I highly recommend using Trusted Mortgage Capital and look for Phil Clay and his team. The experience was hassle and stress-free.

Our experience with Trusted Mortgage Capital was nothing short of stellar due in large part to our Executive Lending Manager, John Molavi. His professionalism and speed of delivery was unsurpassed by any previous lender I've ever used in the past. Given I've done about 40-50 mortgages in my lifetime, he's surpassed some damn good lending professionals. If there was an obstacle to overcome, his creativity to solve the problem was very appreciated. Overall, a great lender from the broker to the processor and I would highly recommend Trusted Mortgage Capital for your lending needs - five stars plus!!

I had a concerning experience with Trusted Mortgage Capital involving a representative named Daniel Lara. I called to inquire about a notice regarding a 4.999 rate, but the conversation felt like a high-pressure sales tactic. Mr. Lara spoke rapidly and continuously, preventing me from asking questions or fully understanding the offer. This approach struck me as unprofessional. After ending the call, Mr. Lara attempted to contact me numerous times; when I blocked his number, he used several different numbers to reach out. Furthermore, my contact information was submitted for lender requests, resulting in multiple calls from lenders. Based on this experience, I would advise caution when dealing with this representative and scrutinizing any lender from this company.

I received a notice in the mail to refinance with Trusted Mortgage. Offer seemed great so I thought I'd give them a call.

The agent (Zach) I ended up working with was extremely rude. Called to see if I could get a manager to sort it out but everyone I talked to just claimed to be a manager.

Once I realized they could not get me the interest rate they advertised, I thanked Zach for his time and hung up. He then proceeded to call me non stop. I didn't answer because I was busy.. so he ended up sending me these text messages (see picture).

Really terrible way to speak with a potential client and a vet looking to refi a VA loan. I'm considering filing a police report.
