Hi I’m Lisa.
Lisa Ballard, Branch Manager, has been in the mortgage industry for over 15 years, she started in the industry as a mortgage loan officer with about 10 years originating business throughout the country. She then transitioned into leadership, and has run her own branches, managed top sales teams, and was Director Of Production overseeing 5 sales teams and over 40 loan officers. Lisa prides herself on being not only a mortgage consultant, but a mentor and coach to all of those on her team. She has been able to coach and mentor new to the industry loan officers, and help them develop into top originating loan consultants throughout her years of leadership. Lisa graduated from Chapman University, with a Bachelors degree in Sociology. Lisa was also a collegiate athlete, playing women’s basketball her four years in college, and was Captain of the women’s basketball team for two years while attending Chapman University.
In Lisa’s free time, she enjoys spending time at her home, doing projects around the house, and truly relaxing. She also enjoys hiking, yoga, and adores her 9 year old Yorkshire terrier, Lala. She is a proud aunt to both Sapphire and Elijah, whom she adores.
