Phil Clay is one of the branch managers at Trusted Mortgage Capital. With Phil’s hard work and in-depth knowledge of non-QM and traditional loan products, Phil was able to close over 50 million in volume, making him part of America’s Top 1% of Loan Officers in 2021. He caters to every client’s unique situation and always delivers exceptional customer service. Although he is based in Southern California, he is able to create long-term relationships and provide resources to help clients in different states. California’s sunny skies have always been the backdrop for Phil’s life adventures. Born and raised in San Clemente, Phil’s childhood memories were created along the sandy shores of Orange County. He adventured to Northern California for his college education at the University of California, Davis, and now resides in Los Angeles. Phil’s passions in real estate and traveling have allowed him to invest in long-distance rental properties throughout America. He enjoys hiking the trails of Pasadena and Altadena with his adopted Shiba Inu, Maru. In the winter, you can find Phil skiing throughout America.
